We collect basic page view data to understand how the app is used and where we can improve. This is simple, privacy-respecting analytics — no third-party trackers, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
We use session cookies for authentication only — to keep you logged in while you use the app. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies.
Our newsletter is completely optional. You choose whether to sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We won't add you without your permission.
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe or make a purchase, your payment information goes directly to Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your card number.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data (including photos) is stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication.
The Potter's Mud Room is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it and all associated data immediately.
